Shipping conditions

Delivery Area
Delivery is made exclusively within Switzerland to the delivery address provided by the customer.

For deliveries outside Switzerland, please contact us by email.

Shipping Costs
We charge CHF 10 per package for freight costs. For orders over CHF 100, shipping is free of charge.

Delivery Time
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery usually takes place within 5 working days after contract conclusion or receipt of payment.

Availability
If a product is not available, the customer will be informed immediately. Payments already made will be credited.

Transfer of Risk
The benefit and risk of the goods pass to the customer upon shipment.

Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supply shortages), Genesit is entitled to reasonably extend delivery times or withdraw from the contract.
